Exchange and return policy:
We accept exchange in following occasions
Sizing problem: We will accept one time exchange for sizing issues meanwhile customers will be in charge of the shipping fee. Returns must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags.
Note: We only accept exchange and return within 3 days after the order has been delivered (we will use online tracking system to check on the delivery date)
Damaged product: If you receive our products in damaged condition. We accept the exchange request within 3 days from the day you received the item.
Exchange to another product: We will accept one time exchange if you wish to change your recent purchase to another item before we ship your order. Surcharge may apply due to pricing differences. In case, the new items which you want to exchange is less expensive than the original items, the amount difference will be convert to a Discount code for your next purchase. Refund will not be performed.
Refund policy:
Since our products are limited we will not accept to return nor refund if you are not satisfied with our products.

CHÍNH SÁCH ĐỔI TRẢ
- Đổi trong vòng 01 Ngày Làm Việc (không kể thứ Bảy, Chủ Nhật) tính từ thời điểm khách hàng nhận được sản phẩm, không tính thời gian vận chuyển;
- Có đủ bản gốc hóa đơn mua hàng;
- Sản phẩm đầy đủ nhãn giá, nhãn sản phẩm và nhãn khác (nếu có);
- Sản phẩm chưa qua sử dụng, không có các dấu hiệu như: bẩn, hỏng, rách, giặt ủi;
- Sản phẩm chưa qua sửa chữa;
- Vì lý do sức khỏe, sản phẩm đồ bơi, nội y sẽ không được đổi;
- Không áp dụng chính sách đổi trả và bảo hành với những sản phẩm giảm giá.
CHÍNH SÁCH BẢO HÀNH
- Lobbster có quyền đưa ra quyết định sau cùng về việc đổi trả, bảo hành và điều chỉnh Chính sách này tại bất cứ thời điểm nào mà không cần ban hành thông báo.
